1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products from finesthomedeals (hereinafter "the Store," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter "the Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. 2.1 Product Information

We specialize in selling ceramic cups and insulated vacuum flasks (hereinafter "Products"). All Product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are provided for informational purposes only. We strive to ensure accuracy, but we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or discontinue Products without prior notice.

2.2 Order Placement & Confirmation

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information (including shipping details, contact information, and payment data). Upon submitting an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order—we reserve the right to reject or cancel orders (e.g., due to incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items, or suspicious activity) and will notify you promptly if this occurs.

2.3 Payment

All payments must be made through the Store’s designated payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal). You agree to provide valid, authorized payment information. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is declined or deemed fraudulent. Prices are displayed in EUR (Euro) and do not include shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties (where applicable), which will be added to your total at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Locations

We ship to addresses within France and select European Union (EU) countries. For international shipping outside the EU, additional fees and customs regulations may apply—you are responsible for any such costs.

3.2 Delivery Times

Standard delivery within France typically takes 3–7 business days from order confirmation. EU deliveries may take 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions). We are not liable for delays in delivery.

3.3 Shipping Address

You must provide a valid and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect address information provided by you.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Eligibility

You may return unused, unopened, and undamaged Products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Customized or personalized Products are non-returnable unless defective.

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:
  1. Contact our support team at support@finesthomedeals.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the Product back to us.
  3. Return the Product in its original packaging, including all accessories, with the RAN clearly marked on the package.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective Product or our error.

4.3 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned Product (typically within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

5. Warranties

5.1 Product Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty on all ceramic cups and insulated vacuum flasks against manufacturing defects (e.g., cracks, leaks, faulty insulation) from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

5.2 Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim:
  1. Contact support@finesthomedeals.com with your order number, photos of the defective Product, and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. We may request the Product be returned for inspection (we will cover return shipping costs for valid warranty claims).
  3. Upon verification of the defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the Product at our discretion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing orders or contacting support.
  • Use Products in accordance with their intended purpose and any included instructions.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Store’s services.

7. Limitation of Liability

finesthomedeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Store or Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant Product.
