1. Eligibility for Returns

You may initiate a return if:

  • The return is requested within 14 calendar days of delivery (for standard returns) or 48 hours of delivery (for damaged/defective items).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer (e.g., scratches, cracks from misuse, or missing parts).
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization (RA): We will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will send you an RA number and detailed return instructions (including our return address).
  3. Package & Ship the Item: Securely package the product with the RA number clearly marked on the exterior. Include all original packaging, accessories, and a copy of your order confirmation. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Provide Shipping Confirmation: After shipping the return, email us the tracking number to support@finesthomedeals.com for reference.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will verify its eligibility.
  • For valid returns, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Exchanges

5. Defective Products & Warranty Claims

We offer a 6-month warranty on all ceramic cups and insulated vacuum flasks against manufacturing defects (e.g., leaks, cracks, or faulty insulation) from the date of delivery. For warranty claims:

  2. We may request the product be returned for inspection (we will cover return shipping costs for valid warranty claims).
