1. Shipping Eligibility & Locations

We ship to addresses within France and select European Union (EU) countries. Currently, we do not offer shipping to non-EU international destinations. Please ensure your shipping address is within our service area before placing an order. For inquiries about specific EU countries not listed on our checkout page, contact our support team (details below).

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding French public holidays). Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and handover to our logistics partner. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, logistics disruptions, weather conditions). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
  • For remote areas within France or the EU, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, order weight, and shipping method. Fees will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • France (Metropolitan): Standard shipping fees start from €4.99. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over €59.
  • EU Countries: EU standard shipping fees start from €9.99. Free EU shipping is offered on orders over €99.

5. Shipping Address Requirements

  • You must provide a valid, accurate, and complete shipping address (including street name, house number, postal code, city, and country). We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • For apartment buildings or shared addresses, please include your apartment number or unit details to ensure smooth delivery.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or temporary accommodation (e.g., hotels) unless prior arrangement is made with our support team.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s status. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the carrier’s system. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

7. Missing or Damaged Shipments

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking shows your order as "delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with your local postal service or building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate an investigation.
  • Damaged Packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. If the product is damaged or the packaging is compromised, take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund (per our Returns & Refunds Policy) once we verify the damage.

8. Customs & Duties (EU Countries)

For EU shipments, all orders are shipped duty-paid (DDP) in compliance with EU regulations. No additional customs duties or taxes will be due upon delivery, as these are already included in your order total at checkout.

9. Changes to Shipping Details

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the shipping address, method, or other details. If you need to adjust your order, contact us immediately—we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
